From our Along the Coast series of books  This edition covers the coastal area from Pennan to Cullen. Written by Stanley Bruce Bsc, I.Eng, I.Mar.Eng, MIMarEST. The book contains many photographs and offers a fascinating insight into this wonderful part of Banffshire

The impressive coastline on the Moray Firth between Cullen and Pennan is currently the focus of several tourism initiatives, many of these initiatives including this book has been supported by the Aberdeenshire Towns Partnership. Tourism is also in focus with the development of Banff harbour transforming it from a drying harbour to a marina whilst retaining many of its historic features. The harbour has now been deepened to allow access at most tides and new floating pontoons with power outlets and lighting have been installed in both of the inner basins.
